We make every best effort to ship your order on the same or next day. An emergency situation or severe weather condition may cause a delay in the shipment.
- Free delivery for orders over AED 100. If an order less than AED 100 delivery cost AED 20
- Customers can choose standard or expedited delivery. Additional fees will be notated on the checkout depending on the service chosen.
- The company does not ship "signature required". Customers are responsible to have someone available to receive items when shipped.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Courier will hand in your delivery when you provide your Emirates ID / Passport and pay the total invoice amount.
- You must be over the age of 18 to place an order. If you are underage and you place an order, you will lose your money, guaranteed.

The customer can make a refund if he did not damage the packing.

Very tasty! It's like a mix of different berries, fresh flavor, no chemical aftertaste! More like a cocktail with ice, I am very happy with this flavor. Watermelon flavor is also among my favorites. Try it!

It's a great cigarette! It's small, always on hand. No need to find a place to smoke, as there is no unpleasant smell and ash. It's even a shame to throw it away after using it, but you can't recharge it, so I'll buy a new one with a different flavor. This berry flavor is good too, but want to try the others.

I like that the cigarette doesn't cause coughing fits like I did with tobacco. And I don't feel addicted to it, I smoke rarely, mostly in the evening. I recommend this flavor, it's very refreshing.

I had my doubts about buying this cigarette, choosing between mango and berry. But the taste was very natural, sweet and pleasant. I recommend it!
